So, WhatsApp has finally launched its desktop client and like anyone else you just can’t wait to get it setup to work on your browser. Here’s how you can work things out and start chatting.
Install Chrome Browser
Right now, there isn’t any other browser that I know of that supports WhatsApp Web outside of Google Chrome. This means to use the said service you will have to install Chrome in your computer.
Visit the Website
After you’ve successfully installed Chrome all you have to do is go to http://www.web.whatsapp.com. from there you will see a QR code from the site (yes, that box with the weird pattern)
Launch WhatsApp
After opening the website, launch the WhatsApp application and launch the camera. Take a picture of the QR code and you’re logged in! It’s that simple.
